Christen Fragala, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Fragala is board-certified in Family Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in 2004. Dr. Fragala received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2001. She served as a medical officer in the Navy for seven years. Dr. Fragala joined the Lowell General Hospital medical staff in 2008. She lives in Chelmsford with her husband and two children, Andrew and Ella.
Dr. Fragala enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She chose Family Medicine as a career because she enjoys getting to know her patients, their families and caring for all of their medical needs.
Rekha Sundar, MD
Internal Medicine
Dr. Sundar is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston in Evanston, Illinois and received her medical degree from Mysore Medical College in Mysore, India. From 1991-1993, Dr. Sundar received her Surgical Training in Perambur, India.
Dr. Sundar has clinical interests in male and female general health, and chronic disease management. She cares very much for her patients. In her free time, Dr. Sundar enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and tending to her roses. She loves animals, enjoys nature and the outdoors.
Catherine Trinh, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Trinh is board-certified in Family Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Franklin Square Hospital. Dr. Trinh received her medical degree from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine.
Dr. Trinh has clinical interests in pediatrics, adolescent medicine and women’s health. Dr. Trinh is also fluent in Vietnamese.
Kimberly Del Rossi, APRN, MSN, BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Kimberly received her Bachelor and Masters of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Kimberly has clinical interests are in prevention & wellness and enjoys building relationships with her patients.
Yazmin Romero, NP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Yazmin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2007 and her Masters in Nursing from Regis College in 2017. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Yazmin has clinical interests are in family medicine, pediatrics, and health prevention.
Carol Reich, NP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Carol received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis College, then continued at Regis College to complete her Masters degree in Nursing for her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree. She completed a Post-Masters Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Carol enjoys caring for patients of all ages, getting to their individual needs, and working as a team to help them achieve and maintain their best physical and mental health.
